It happens instantaneously. The transition from maiden to mother. There is no pause, there is no turning back. So how do we move forward? How do we embrace this new role? For each woman it’s an individual journey but sharing and connecting may be the first step.

About this episode
Meet the Guest
From Paula Mallis:
I’m a mother, doula, yoga teacher, meditation guide and facilitator of women circles living in Venice, California.
When I was pregnant with my daughter Madeleine and traveling on my own journey into motherhood, something shifted within me. I experienced a spiritual awakening that allowed me the opportunity to choose a more conscious way to approach my life as a woman and mother.
In my practice, I blend together my experience as a mother, my expertise as a doula and my extensive training in yoga, as a meditation guide and facilitator. Sharing what I know and supporting women as they make their own journey into motherhood is my deepest passion.
