Season 2, Episode 2

Travelshow [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS] I heard a staggering statistic recently from today’s guest. You’ll hear it a bit later in the show, but I will say that it has me even more excited and committed to creating adventures with the whole family. I’m your host Rachel Maskell and although I have traveled a decent amount with my hubby and little munchkin, it’s nothing like this badass mama, Erynn Montgomery. Erynn starts off by telling us about herself and why she’s the #mumboss for answering today’s travel questions...and in case you weren’t sure, you’re listening to the #mumboss podcast. Today's hot questions include:

  • What to do about car seats and strollers?
  • How to handle unexpected illness?
  • Is it really possible to afford traveling with a family?
  • What do you do about absentees in school?

About this episode

You can find more great travel tips at The Tropic of Candycorn. And remember that survey Erynn mentioned? You can take that here and find out if you should bring the stroller on your next trip. Be sure to pack up some Mom Stuff Salve too for your next trip! I know I will. And here's a little extra tip...if you're little one is using a pacifier, check out Doddle and Sons. It's genius and perfect for travel. They're launching late spring but taking pre-orders now so get them in soon!

  • Well, being a mother I can understand that it is really difficult to travel with kids, but when planned well, these travels can become very good and healthy for your relationship with your kids. At last, kids are always fun when it comes to adventure and trying new things. Good Article, very helpful and thoughtful.
